When Microsoft release the Windows 10 newest OS on July 29th.Following are some of the new additions that come up with it.
Start Menu

New start menu is a mixture of old windows 7 start menu and the new metro style start menu which they introduce with the windows 8 and most of the people are struggle to adapt to new metro style start screen therefore they take an action to introduce new start menu which is a combination of those two.
Tip :- If you are comfortable with full screen start menu still you can switch to it
Microsoft Edge

With the release of Windows 10 Microsoft released a new browser called Microsoft Edge which is amazing fast and brings a lot of new features to the table such as Cortana Integration, Web notes which allow you basically draw your notes on websites and share them and Microsoft also promised to allow browser extensions.
Tip: you can also switch from a Light Theme to a Dark Theme go to settings and select the theme.
Hyper-V (Client)

Hyper-V directly into the Windows Client since Windows 8. It’s a great addition if you want to run Virtual Machines on your Windows Client. Windows 10 Client Hyper-V brings you the great performance and features which comes with windows server 2016 but you get some great features such as Enhanced Session mode to copy & past between your PC and your Virtual Machine.
Snap View & Virtual Desktops

With windows 10 they introduce this new feather that enable users to create virtual desktops and separate their work space.You can drag and drop the program to the relevant work space
Tip:-Go to Snap view press Windows Key + Tab | To Switch between desktop Press Ctrl+Windows Key +Right/Left Arrow Key
Action Center

In Windows 10 the Charms bar from Windows 8 and Windows 8.1 is gone. But you may familiar with action center in Windows Phone. This will not only show the latest notifications it also allows you to use some great shortcuts for some settings.
Tip: You can directly open a new note in OneNote from the Action Center.
PowerShell
Windows 10 comes with PowerShell v5 which comes with some great new features to PowerShell as an example a new module called Package Management which will help you to install and script software installs.The awesome feature in PowerShell is text wrapping and you can adjust the console as per your preferred size
Tip: You can change the PowerShell console background to be transparent.
Command Prompt (CMD)

Most people not interested in CMD but as an IT Pros do need it and Microsoft improved the command prompt and added normal copy and paste (CTRL + C and CTRL + V) to it.

Cotana

If you were already a Windows Phone user, you may already know your personal digital assistant called Cortana. Cortana will help you with several daily tasks like a real personal assistant. Cortana will help you to remind meetings, send mails, look up things, show you the right time when you have to leave for your flight or your next appointment. Cortana will also integrate with Office 365 to get more information about your work life and for example meeting information.
Azure AD

In Windows 10 you can connect your client host to Azure AD which is cloud based Active directory service integrated with Office 365.
Tablet Mode

This is great for 2-in-1 devices and lets user switch between desktop and tablet.As an example if you’re using surface when you dismount the keyboard it automatically switch to tablet mode and vise versa.
